Anyways, I just finished reading through Mike Dillard's magnetic sponsoring book and I wanted to lend my review.
Mike's book is all about learning how to magnetically sponsor new reps, primarily targeting the multi-level and network marketing arena. What initially caught my attention, being in the network marketing industry myself, was Mike's bold claim, "Learn how to magnetically sponsor hundreds of new reps for free!"
Now, obviously, this is going to entice me; I'm always looking for ways to increase my bottom line in this industry. As you guys know, I'm working with Carbon Copy Pro and as much as I've been enjoying it, generating quality leads is a difficult business indeed!
So, I picked up Mike's book for a whopping $35 bucks. It's not a long book at all and took me just under two hours to read through and perhaps another hour to fully absorb. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at Mike's candor and ability to 110% over deliver on his promise. Let me explain what I was able to learn from Magnetic Sponsoring.
First of all, Mike dedicates his first chapter to unveiling the characteristics of achievers in this world, of the people who everybody looks up to. He then explains how to assimilate these characteristics into your own personal profile and business, and therefore become what he describes, an Alpha; the Donald Trumps, Perry Marshalls, Warren Buffets of this world.
As much as this information may seem common knowledge, after employing and attempting to exude these characteristics, I realized that my phone leads became much more responsive and I was able to weed out the truly interested prospects much easier. In my mind, this was it, and as worth it as it would have been for this simple information, Mike goes on.
He goes on to explain why it's important to sell yourself rather than your business and unveils the reasons why when you sell your business, you should be selling your system rather than simply your product. I won't give too much away, because Mike probably wouldn't like that, but in his finale, Mike unequivocally delivers on his promise to show you his method for attracting new sponsors effortlessly by employing a rather genius system that is going to attract people who are already in the network marketing industry (i.e you, since if you are reading this, you are probably contemplating buying Mike's book to sponsor new reps) and sell those who are already interested in purchasing!
In finale, all I can say is that I can truly recommend this book for anybody who is in the network marketing industry and looking for a way to generate small profits while in the mean time, introducing your primary opportunity to truly interested prospects, instead of having to chase people down with a phone or email...

Project Payday Review- Worth the Hype?
I'm sure many of you who are on this page have come across it as a result of searching for home business or home based businesses or something of the like. And in doing so, you've probably seen ads of Project Payday, advertising that while you aren't going to get rich, you will make $2000-$5000 a month... Well, it definitely caught my attention during the time, so I clicked on it. The site offers two means of actually accessing their services. One if to flat out pay a $37 fee, which I sort of anticipated... but the other intrigued me. You could simply sign up for a sponsored offer and enter the system that way. I figured, hell, the offer was something about making money on Ebay, it only cost me a small shipping fee of about $4 and I simply cancelled the subscription quite literally 5 minutes after, so in actuality it only cost me $4 to sign up for it... not bad.
Now, let me explain why Project Payday is not for everybody and certainly can't be considered a "home based business." Project Payday is a network of people, not a system, who have learned the ins and outs of manipulating advertising offers to their profit. Let me explain...
Everybody out there has at one time or another seen or clicked on a banner ad flashing a free $500 Walmart card or a free 42inch Plasma Television or the like, and when you click on it you realize that you have to sign up for a few offers, placing your credit card on file with multiple companies. And even so, you still have to refer a certain amount of people who have to do the same thing in order to get credit for the site and receive the prize. Well, that's extremely tedious and boring and ridiculous, come to think of it. But, quite honestly, if you can do it, then it's actually quite profitable, because you've maybe spent about 10-20 in offers, in shipping fees or free trials (keep in mind that you will want to cancel these offers a couple of days before they end up charging you outlandish monthly costs) and you had to refer a few friends, but now you've got yourself a $500 spending spree or a free television.
This is a network of people who simply pay for referrals to complete those offers (because let's face it, you're closest friend isn't putting in their credit card with multiple companies just so YOU can reap the reward!) after completing the offers themselves.... are you following me? Say for instance a company is giving out a $500 paypal gift certificate for completing say 4 offers and also referring 5 people to do the same. Well, now you complete the offers and YOU pay those 5 people, say $50 each in order to do the same..... You got it? That means you're paying out $250 for people to complete the offers so that you can profit $500.... It's actually quite brilliant, if I can give them credit myself.
But let me explain why it's certainly not for everybody and definitely not for me. I started completing offers galore and in one day, I did it for like 4 people and got paid about $40 for each of them, making about $160 in one days. But, in order to get that $160, I had to place my credit card on file with about 13 companies, and got charged about $35 in miscellaneous shipping fees and whatever. Now, you have to make spreadsheets in order to keep up with who you have to call and most importantly WHEN! Because the problem is, you can't just cancel the offer or trial a day after, otherwise you're flagged by the system and your profits have to be refunded. So, now for about a week, I'm scared to death that somebody is going to charge me some outrageous $150 subscription fee if I don't cancel in time or something like that.
Personally (don't tell anybody this), I just canceled out my credit card, because I was so paranoid that it was now on file to be readily charged by a million different companies. This is NOT a home business! It CAN be a way to make quick money if you're ready to take long hours completing offers, documenting them and canceling them within the appropriate time frame, but overall, definitely not for me.
If you have the time to dedicate to a program like this, I would highly recommend you redirect that energy into a solid network marketing program that will yield long term rewards rather than just some quick cash.

My story...
I wanted to create this article because I feel so strongly about what I'm doing... If you want to understand it then you'll need to read my first ever blog.
As I said I got started with www.justcopycatz.com about 3 weeks ago. I wanted to tell you guys a little bit about my life story leading up to my involvement with this company.
.....
A few months ago I moved out to Los Angeles, all the way from Myrtle Beach, SC. That's quite a bit away. But I moved thinking that I was going to leave home with a vengeance, go to school, get a good paying job in the city of the angels. Some might say it was a pipe dream... I don't know. Hindsight is 20/20 and in retrospect it was probably a mistake. I only lasted a month and exhausted about 4 thousand dollars in resources only to realize that I couldn't go to school, get a job and live a decent lifestyle in LA. I naively assumed that I could even afford 30 thousand dollars a year in tuition and ambitiously assumed that I would get a decent 15-20 hr job within the first couple of weeks. Nothing bore fruition and I was forced to leave when I couldn't afford the $1400 rent that I was foolishly paying a month.
......
After a few weeks, I grew extremely depressed. I was stuck back in Myrtle Beach with no opportunities, no life, no nothing. I had bare minimum resources, almost no money but all I knew was that somehow, someway, I had to get back to Los Angeles and try my hand again, this time knowing the mistakes I had made the first time. I didn't have any money, but I did have a near brand new Macbook Pro, worth about 2 thousand dollars.

Uhoh....
I thought well, with the money I have now and my money from my Macbook Pro, I could afford to move back out to LA, granted I made some major adjustments in my living arrangements. So, I did what anybody would do.... I listed my computer on Ebay to sell.
.....
Two days later. BAM. I'm suspended from Ebay for some bogus reason that I didn't include boxes with my software that was installed on my computer. I purchased them all online, you Ebay morons! I even tried opening up two more accounts and Ebay suspended those as well once they realized it was from the "same household." So, there I was, couldn't sell my computer, wasn't going to settle for less than it was worth on some dumb website like iOffer, terribly depressed, wasn't working and my life was horrible.
It went on for about a month until I received that email.... that fateful email... well, that's all I know what to call it.
I went online and got the information I needed about www.justcopycats.com and once I saw that $2000 price tag, I said, well, it doesn't matter how strongly I feel about this, I just can't do it. My credit was and still is, although I am recuperating, shot, so I couldn't get a loan.... I became even MORE depressed because I knew that this opportunity was about to pass me up.
.......
But then I realized that I still had my laptop, and for whatever reasons, though I didn't think I could sell it, it was worth $2000. And I said to myself and to God as my witness, that if I could sell my computer, if He would allow me to, then I knew that this opportunity was for me. So, I took another chance, I created ANOTHER ebay account and said, well if Ebay suspends this account, at least I'll still have my computer. Whatever.
.....
Three days later, BAM! No, Ebay didn't suspend it, but it was sold! For the price I wanted too. I couldn't believe it, and even though I was sad to let my Macbook Pro go, I knew that I would be seeing another one soon. So, I sent it on its merry way and invested my money, telling myself that my Macbook would be a sort of loan and that once I make my investment back, then I would buy a new one.
Three weeks later and I am now typing on a brand new, updated, Macbook Pro.
I don't know what the moral of this story is, but I do know that this decision has been without a doubt the best thing I have ever done. I haven't started making millions or even hundreds of thousands of dollars, but I know deep down inside that I am happy, even though I'm still in Myrtle Beach. I'm content right now, and the money will come, as surely as my Macbook came back to me, it will come.
But I'll tell you something, $2000 was worth every penny to feel the way I do right now. Happy

First Successful Home Business Venture
So, if you're reading this page you probably have had some experience in the worlds of home based business opportunities. You've probably received a couple dozen emails from multi-level marketing companies or affiliate networks claiming that they can help you make money from home, and in fact, help you make lots of money from home. You probably even signed up for their information and paid a 30 some to 40 some sign up fee and received your dvd's in the mail and whatnot, maybe listened to them and probably eventually either sent them back or nothing came of them. Some of you real ambitious ones may have even engaged in the marketing programs and spent hours and hours setting up websites, pay-per click advertisements only to realize that there are so many people out there marketing for the same company that it's almost impossible to compete with them.
I'm only 19, believe it, but I've been trying my hand at home business opportunities since I was about 16. I've grown a lot since then and learned some of the reasons why I was never successful. First of all, I was simply too young to be doing anything. But I realized that some of the reasons that I was failing miserably were that I first of all couldn't market a product that I didn't believe in. I mean I'm all for healthy living and all that, but Herbalife just wasn't for me. It was hard to tell somebody that their products made you live longer and healthier when I never really got any noticeable results from them. Another reason for my failure was that it was hard for people to believe in me when I didn't have a "real-life" success story. That's hard. I remember an email from somebody who asked me how much money I made a month marketing Herbalife products and I had to be brutally honest and tell him that I made about $200 the previous month. Now that certainly isn't terrible, as most people in this industry make less than $10 a week, but considering the amount of hours I was pouring into researching and implementing new ways to market, I didn't feel justified in continuing after I received a dismal, "I'm not interested" from the gentleman. That was about three months ago.
I have since become involved in what I believe is going to be the biggest hit that his country has ever seen. One of the main reasons why I never quite believed in other affiliate and network marketing companies was that I felt that there were too many other people trying to market their products and of course, how could I be successful doing it? The company I have begun working for now began their newest phase of marketing about 5 months ago. They are in their infancy with less than 1800 members, compared with the thousands and thousands that are with Herbalife and NuSkin and the like.
And now you're asking yourself, well what are the start up costs and how much do I have to pay to join? I'm going to honest with you because people rarely are today. There is a $45 sign up fee and that's just to get more information on the company! Now when I heard this, I immediately though to myself, well, when I go into a restaurant, I'm not going to pay $45 just to see what's on the menu. But, after a day or so and reading over the preliminary information, I said, ok, what the heck. They do give you a whatever how many day refund policy. So, I said go for it. If I don't like it, then I'll refund it. Simple as that.
.......
But what I saw, what I read... it changed me so dramatically, I knew that I had to get involved in the company. When you read through the information and absorb it and realize that the people involved are just so sincere and honest and full of integrity, you know that it's for you.
......
And now for the numbers, of course.
The sign up fee is $45 to get more information. This cost is for a number of different reasons, which you'll find out once you get involved. It's first and foremost designed to weed out the nay-sayers, the people who are going to waste our time. We're looking for people who are willing to work.... and I mean hard work. Spending time researching new ways to market, learning every day. And it's also designed to offset the amount of money that our marketers funnel into advertising, so that each of our marketers receive a mini commission for getting others signed up.
And for the big numbers.... I did say that this was a business venture and with any business venture, there are start up costs, small investments that have to be made in order to reap long term profits. This is why I can finally do this and believe in this system, something I wasn't able to do when I was 16.
There are different tiers of getting started, and they range from a whopping $2000 to an even more whopping $20000. That seems crazy, I know... believe me, I know. But I really want you to look at the information before you jump to conclusions that it's a scam. What you are buying and what you will eventually be selling should you decide to join the company is a collection of financial and wealth building materials that will change your life if you take the time to actually READ them and listen to them in earnest.
I began at the $2000 phase and it's been about 3 weeks now. I wanted to post this blog as the first of many to update everybody on my status and my success. Yesterday I received my third sale that finally allowed me to break even and everything I earn from now on will be profit minus marketing costs.
Visit the site, come back here once a week and I will post the numbers of my earnings minus all marketing costs. I'll tell you with all sincerity that I put about 30 hours a week into this business and it's not cake, but I believe in it wholeheartedly.
